Patriot Hauling finishes phase 10 demo work at Quonset Business Park
Preparation of sites for Phase 10 demolition has been completed at Quonset Business Park. 23,841 s/f of vacant buildings was removed in this phase.
Over 2 million s/f of old, decaying buildings have been cleared since this project began.
The project included the demolition and removal of three former Navy buildings and associated foundations. Asbestos, lead-based paint and other hazardous material were removed and disposed. Elements of this phase include, utility disconnects, asbestos removal and disposal and site restoration.
Demolition work was awarded to Patriot Hauling Company, Inc. of Johnston.
