Russell and Nolan of Pearce Commercial close on 30,000 s/f industrial property in Middletown

Middletown, CT According to Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, senior commercial associate Christopher Nolan and senior commercial broker Carl Russell have sold a 30,000 s/f industrial building, located at 35 Industrial Park Place. The property is on four acres, and its location along the I-91 corridor, as well as its proximity to large municipal centers, including Hartford, Middletown and New Haven, were strong considerations of interested buyers.

Nolan and Russell served as both the listing and selling agents representing seller James Gerber of Palatine, IL., as well as the buyer in this transaction.
