Lee, NH William Peck of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling $7.145 million. The Mast Road Portfolio, a 30-unit multi-family portfolio, sold for $5.12 million and 72 Oak St. in Rollinsford sold for $2.025 million. Peck represented the sellers’ and procured the buyers in both transactions.
The Mast Road Portfolio, which sold for $170,667 per unit, is comprised of four multi-family properties located at 38, 51, 52 and 54 Mast Rd. in Lee.
