Peck of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 39 multi-family units in New Hampshire for $7.145 million

Lee, NH William Peck of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling $7.145 million.  The Mast Road Portfolio, a 30-unit multi-family portfolio, sold for $5.12 million and 72 Oak St. in Rollinsford sold for $2.025 million.  Peck represented the sellers’ and procured the buyers in both transactions.

The Mast Road Portfolio, which sold for $170,667 per unit, is comprised of four multi-family properties located at 38, 51, 52 and 54 Mast Rd. in Lee. The portfolio consists of four two-story multi-family buildings and contains 30 residential units comprised of six (6), 2-Bedroom/1-Bathroom units and twenty-four (24), 1-Bedroom/1-Bathroom units with 16,469 square feet of living area in 17,696 total gross square feet on a combined 3.54-acres of land. Each of the Properties features ample on-site parking. The Mast Road Portfolio is located along a tree-lined street in a quiet rural neighborhood in the center of Lee. The Portfolio is positioned at the intersection of Lee Road (NH Route 155) and Northside Road and offers outstanding access to the University of New Hampshire (3 miles) and Downtown Dover (8 miles) and enjoys convenient access to area schools, and numerous parks and recreation areas in Lee, as well as to shopping, restaurants, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and area employers in Dover. 

72 Oak Street - Rollinsford, NH

Peck also arranged the sale of 72 Oak St., a 9-unit multi-family property, at a sale price of $2,025,000 and $225,000 per unit. The property contains a total of nine units and is comprised of six two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and three one-bedroom/one-bathroom units with 6,084 s/fof living area in 7,405 s/f of gross area on 0.69 acres of land. The property has been subject to significant capital improvements, with fully renovated unit interiors and extensive upgrades to the building’s exterior, utility systems, and parking lot. 72 Oak St. is conveniently located near the center of Rollinsford, with easy access to nearby Dover, Somersworth, and Portsmouth. Just minutes away, Downtown Dover offers a variety of restaurants, shops, and services, while larger retail centers in Somersworth and Portsmouth provide nationally recognized tenants such as Hannaford, Market Basket, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and CVS. The area also features a strong mix of local dining, banking, and entertainment options.
