Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokers $570,000 sale in Westbrook; Cardente and Tragemann lease 4,000 s/f

Westbrook, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, The Morrison Center has purchased a 3,300 s/f office building from Double Agents, LLC located at 31 Central St. for $570,000. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the buyer by Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the seller by Justin Lamontagne of NAI Dunham Group.

 

 

 

In another transaction, The Higher Concept, LLC  has leased 4,000 s/f of retail space at 301 Forest Ave. in Portland, from William C. Rowell Family Trust, LP.  This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Matthew Cardente and Robert Tragemann of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the tenant by Phil O’Hearn of Malone Commercial Brokers.
