The property is a circa 1998, three level, 46,000 s/f, class A suburban, multi tenanted office building situated on a 4.27 acre site.
“The sale price of $133.70 per s/f with a 9.5% overall capitalization rate is indicative of current trends in the West Bay, suburban office market,” said Peter Scotti, MAI who was the broker of record for the transaction.
