Peter Russell & Associates sold a 3,150 s/f light industrial building on 33 acres for $582,000. The complex located at 11 Concord Rd. was designed as a water production and wholesale facility. The sale included some equipment.
The seller was Katholiki Realty Trust of West Peabody, Mass.
The buyer is M Jerome Chase Jr. Trust of Durham.
The sale also included a cell tower that is leased to Verizon and a tree farm.
