Warren, RI Peter M. Scotti & Associates Inc. negotiated the sale of 293 Child St. The property is a 51,000 s/f, one level industrial building that formerly served as the headquarters for the Taylor Box Company, a multi-generational, high-end design and fabrication packaging company.
The seller, 293 Child Street LLC, was represented by Peter Scotti, MAI and the buyer, Nonnah Realty LLC, was represented by Dan Cregan of CBRE.
The purchase price was $2.65 million and the property was listed and under contract in 45 days.
According to Scotti the sale was the result of a well-researched pricing analysis that resulted in a sale price at 96% of asking price.
