Peterson joins Hinckley Allen’s Manchester office

Manchester, NH Hinckley Allen has welcomed Lindsey Peterson as an associate in the construction & public contracts group. Peterson joins the Manchester office from Boyle Shaughnessy Law, PC.

Peterson’s practice in the construction & public contracts group will focus on litigation. She has represented clients in construction defect, premises liability, and commercial disputes. She is experienced in navigating breach of contract, regulatory compliance, corporate agreements, risk management, and settlement opportunities. 

Previously, Peterson served as an associate at McLeod Fraser & Cone LLC. She also has experience working as a law clerk, assisting with drafting complaints, demand letters, discovery, research memoranda and motions.
