Pexton and Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate sell 601 Beavertail Rd. property for $2.5 million

Jamestown, RI Lila Delman Real Estate has sold 601 Beavertail Rd. for $2.5 million. Pila Pexton, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the seller while Lori Joyal, managing broker of Lila Delman’s Watch Hill office, represented the buyer.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks one of the top five sales in Jamestown year-to-date. Lila Delman associates have participated in three of these top five sales, which is more than any other firm.*

“I believe that every home has a unique story and when that narrative is artfully presented to prospective buyers, it allows them to embark on an incredible journey of imagination and excitement,” said Pexton. “That excitement translates to a vision for the future, and ultimately a successful closing. This transaction was an excellent example of that journey.”

“My buyers were enamored by the beauty and value that the coastal communities in Greater Rhode Island have to offer,” said Joyal. “After exploring a variety of areas across the state, they fell in love with this spectacular Jamestown offering which they will enjoy for years to come.”

Set on a 2.5 acres of lawns that stretch to meadows and woodlands, this c. 1904 shingle-and-stone farmhouse is complemented by a 2-story carriage house with a multi-room guest suite and finished garage. Renovated and maintained, the residence lends itself to casual living and entertaining. The offering, adorned with architectural details and millwork, features six bedrooms, four and one half bathrooms, a separate prep kitchen, wrap-around-porch and deeded access to water’s edge.
