Planet Fitness Allston location now open - 14,400 s/f

Allston, MA Planet Fitness has opened its newest club located at 226 Harvard Ave.

The addition of Planet Fitness Allston is important with the start of the New Year as people commit to attainable fitness goals.

The new Allston club is staffed and open on Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. through 11 p.m. each day, Friday at 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., and then 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The new location is 14,400 s/f and offers the following features and amenities:

• 51 state of the art pieces of cardio equipment;

• 64 pieces of strength and free weights equipment – this includes dumbbells of up to 75 pounds and plate-loaded equipment of up to 45 pounds to enhance strength training offerings;

• Free fitness training through the pf program;

• Dedicated stretching and abs area;

• Training area equipped with the PF 30-Minute Express Circuit, PF SYNRGY 360 Functional Training System including TRX equipment, kettlebells;

• Free WiFi 

• Private locker rooms, changing areas, day lockers and modern individual showers 

• Private Black Card Spa for PF Black Card members

• One Salon Grade Tanning Bed and one Hybrid

• One Total Body Enhancement Unit

• Three HydroMassage beds, two Cryo lounges and two Elite Massage chairs

• One RelaxSpace Wellness Pod, where members can relax, reset, and focus on their mental health for up to 15 minutes by selecting videos, scents and even temperatures while learning more about diet, nutrition, breathing, and the benefits of exercise.
