Stoughton, MA Platinum Partners, LLC is a land use permitting and consulting company serving all of southeastern Massachusetts. Platinum Partners provides project management, regulatory analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning and land use permitting for the private sector, as well as public sector services including reviewing and updating zoning bylaws and land use regulations, municipal planning and regional planning consulting services.

The idea for Platinum Partners, stemmed from the separate but similar experiences of co-founders Barry Crimmins and Noreen O’Toole. Their firm builds on the strengths of both to help others navigate town government through land use permitting and consulting.

Attorney Crimmins is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of Barry R. Crimmins, P.C., focusing exclusively in the areas of estate planning and estate administration and real estate law. He specializes in land use planning and development and municipal permitting, among other areas, and is currently chair of the Stoughton Housing Authority. He has been a member of the Mass. Bar Association for more than 30 years, and is a member of the Plymouth County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Norfolk County, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Mass. Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), serving on its land use and zoning committee and on its estate planning, trusts & estate administration committee.

Before co-founding Platinum Partners, veteran planner O’Toole served as Stoughton’s town planner for eight years, and as Hanson’s town planner for 24 years prior. She has a master’s degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University, and started her career in planning, working for the Boston Redevelopment Authority. She is a member of the American Planning Association, Mass. Municipal Association, and the chairperson of the Old Colony Joint Transportation Committee.

Platinum Partners provides its private sector clients with a variety of land use permitting and consulting services by using their extensive knowledge of zoning bylaws and land-use regulations to help their clients achieve their goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
