Powers & Company leases 1,025 s/f to Big Picture Framing

Big Picture Framing has leased 1,025 s/f at Sudbury Crossing on Rte. 20 with TJ Maxx, Rite Aid, The Paper Store, Olympia Sporting Goods, Pearl Vision, Elizabeth Grady and other notable retailers. Big Picture now has 17 locations and specializes in custom framing. Annette Born of Urban/Born Associates represented the tenant and Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company represented the landlord. Sudbury Crossing has undergone a facade renovation and has one sub-dividable 6,085 s/f vacancy remaining to be 100% leased.
