Powers & Company renews 48,000 s/f lease
Powers & Company recently negotiated the renewal of Toys "R" Us at Horn Pond Plaza. Toys "R" Us will undergo a total renovation and become a combination Toys "R" Us Babies "R" Us occupying 48,000 s/f. Horn Pond Plaza is anchored by Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Radio Shack, Citibank, Hallmark, Hair Cuttery, Papa Power Yoga, Masa and Giles Wines.
Powers & Company represents retail landlords throughout the greater Boston area.
Powers & Company also completed two other leases on behalf of the landlord recently. Sherwin Williams represented by Atlantic Retail Properties, leased 4000 s/f at Fellsway Plaza in Medford.
Henry Bears Park, a well-known independent Cambridge toy store has relocated to Porter Square Shopping Center on Mass Ave. Porter Square is anchored by Shaw's, Ace Hardware, and CVS with other national and local retailers.
