Watchfire certified

Poyant Signs, Inc. has become a certified service partner of Watchfire Signs. Three of Poyant's field service technicians recently completed the Watchfire Service Network On-Site Training for Electronic Message Center (EMC) Installation and Maintenance.
Watchfire is a leading U.S. based manufacturer of high quality, high resolution Electronic Message Centers (EMCs) using cutting edge technology to provide dynamic displays for communicating in an outdoor environment.
Marco Vieira, Jason Cordeiro, and Matthew Santos received comprehensive factory training at the Watchfire Headquarters in Danville, Illinois. The training program consisted of a hands-on approach to understanding the internal components and the electrical and data pathways within every Watchfire sign. Poyant's technicians learned troubleshooting techniques and had the opportunity to build and assemble a high resolution EMC system during their training session.
"With this certification, Poyant can now provide more efficient service for their customers," said Marco Vieira, manager of field services for Poyant.
According to Watchfire, Poyant is the first and only company in New England to have achieved this certification. This allows Poyant to maximize EMC advertising time for their customers throughout New England.
