PPG and Cathedral Dev. celebrate grand opening of new Walgreens

The new Walgreens at 333 Atwells Ave. had its official grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony. The building was developed by PPG Hill, LLC and Cathedral Development Group, Inc.
The new 16,000 s/f drug store is located below 24 condominium units. The site is being developed as an urban mixed use development, one of the first of its type in Rhode Island. The project, located at 321-327 & 333 Atwells Ave., 144 Spruce St. and Murphy St. in the Federal Hill area, includes below grade and surface parking space.
Design was provided by Lerner/Ladds + Bartels, Inc. The construction manager is Mill City Construction. The marketing is being handled by Signature Properties and the Law offices of Gina Illiano is providing legal counsel.
Cathedral Development and its affiliates own and/or manage over 3,000 apartment homes in Rhode Island and the United States.
Robert Gaudreau Sr., founder of Property Advisory Group, Inc. and the development partner for 333 Atwells Avenue, has thirty years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, recapitalization and property management.
