PREIT donates new school supplies through back to school campaign

To prepare students for school this year, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust's (PREIT) malls are donating nearly 1,000 school supplies including spiral notebooks, pocket folders, loose leaf paper, and school kits to children in need this fall as part of its Back-to-School Val-U campaign. The Boys and Girls Club of New Bedford is the beneficiary of Dartmouth Mall. "We hope to encourage and enable success in the classroom by providing children with basic school necessities and learning tools," said Judy Trias, PREIT's vice president of retail marketing. Also, to thank shoppers for their continued support, PREIT's Back-to-School Val-U promotion incorporates a gift with purchase for shoppers while supplies last. From August 14 to September 7, when shoppers present same-day mall store receipts totaling $75 or more, they'll receive free school supplies to fill their backpacks. There are four gift-with-purchase packages.
