Prengaman of Vision 3 Architects installed as NCARB regional director

David Prengaman, Vision 3 Architects

David Prengaman, AIA, NCARB, was installed as an NCARB regional director at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards 95th Annual Business Meeting in June. Prengaman was elected by the Council's New England Conference (Region 1), which is comprised of Connecticut, Maine, Mass., N.H., R.I., and Vermont.
Prengaman was first appointed to the Rhode Island Board of Examination and Registration of Architects in 2009 and has served as its chair, vice chair, and secretary. Prengaman also has served on many NCARB committees over the past several years, including the ARE subcommittee on programming, planning, and practice; the procedures and documents committee; and the regional leadership committee.
Prengaman is principal of Vision 3 Architects, an architectural and interior design firm specializing in primarily education, corporate office, hospitality, and healthcare. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor of architecture and a bachelor of science in Building Sciences.
As a LEED accredited professional, Prengaman provides professional leadership in the design of sustainable facilities and the implementation of green practices.
