Prescott IOS and the Stubblebine Company complete 30,500 s/f on three acres of IOS in a build-to-suit lease at 3 Belcher St., Plainville, MA

Plainville, MA Mazzotta Rentals leased 30,500 s/f of industrial building space with an additional three acres of Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) located at 3 Belcher St. in a built-to-suit transaction. The property was not publicly marketed.

The tenant, Mazzotta Rentals, was represented by David Skinner, advisor/partner and Devon Wagner, advisor of Prescott IOS. Prescott IOS is a CRE brokerage firm that leases and sells IOS property throughout the Northeast. 

Mazzotta Rentals is a second-generation family-owned aerial lift rental company that has been serving contractors and industrial businesses since 1963. They provide boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and other access equipment along with delivery and support services, operating throughout the Northeast.

The landlord, Edgewood Development, was represented by James Stubblebine, principal of the Stubblebine Company. The Stubblebine Company specializes in selling and leasing large industrial properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout N.E.
