Press | Cuozzo Commercial Services finalizes $715,000 industrial sale
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, principal with Press|Cuozzo, has completed the recent sale of 940 Sherman Ave. The 11,000 s/f industrial building, constructed in 1972, is situated on one acre within the Hamden Industrial Park, a strategic location within an established industrial corridor.
The transaction closed on July 20, 2026, at a sale price of $715,000. Press represented the purchaser, TBL 940 LLC.
“This transaction reflects continued demand for well-located industrial assets in the Hamden market,” said Press. “It was a pleasure to work with Jack Hill, of Seabury Hill, who represented the seller, WTE 940 Sherman, LLC”.
