Hamden, CT According to Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo, Focus Salons, LLC has entered into a long-term lease for 4,600 s/f at 1697 Whitney, in this active plaza anchored by Walgreens.
Press represented the building ownership, Eton Centers Co., LLC, and procured the tenant.
