Press of Press/Cuozzo leases 4,500 s/f at 1960-1970 Whitney Avenue in Hamden

Hamden, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal, has inked a long-term lease at 1960-1970 Whitney Ave.

Press represented the landlord, Whitney Avenue 1960-1970, LLC, and procured the tenant, New Haven Ob-Gyn Group, P.C., on this long-term, 4,500 s/f lease. 

As exclusive leasing broker for Spring Glen Commons, Press said that there are now only two remaining office/retail spaces ranging from 900 to 3,000 s/f.
