CB Richard Ellis/New England and Grossman Commercial Real Estate, Inc. are forming a joint venture that will focus on the retail market. Known as CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors, the joint venture will be overseen by Howard Grossman, serving as president/managing principal. The CBRE/Grossman team will also include senior vice president and prinicpal Jeremy Grossman; senior vice president and principal Kyle Juszcyszyn; vice president of property management Paul Connolly; and senior leasing associate Paul Grossman.
