Pinncon will begin construction next month on a 6,000 s/f retail strip building on Faunce Corner Mall Road. The $1.4 million project for the Faunce Corner Realty Trust includes site work and ground-up construction, and it is expected to be completed next May. The site is near an 8,000 s/f retail strip building that Pinncon completed in August for Faunce Corner Realty Trust. The $1.3 million project also included site work and ground-up construction.
