CresaPartners leases 9,005 s/f to Jingle Networks

Dan Sullivan, Chris Crooks, and Joe Doyle of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Jingle Networks in an office lease of 9,005 s/f at 300 Concord Rd. CresaPartners is one of the nation's largest corporate real estate advisory firms that exclusively represents tenants. Jingle Networks, a media network offering a free directory assistance service, is relocating from 36 Crosby Dr. in Bedford into a 175,000 s/f Class A office building. The new space offers a full service cafeteria and a fitness center. CresaPartners also managed project management services for Jingle Networks. The landlord, CSHV Concord, was represented by Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis.
