The facility is traditionally a 51,000 s/f high bay distribution warehouse facility. Wixted represented the seller GBK Realty. The buyer is Don-Mar Frame & Molding of Seekonk. Don-Mar is a wholesale distributor of picture frames. Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
