Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial sell 51,000 s/f warehouse - $2.2 million

Richard Wixted of New England Realtor sold 862 Waterman Ave., the former Showtime location where the cable television station series "Brotherhood" was filmed, for $2.2 million. The facility is traditionally a 51,000 s/f high bay distribution warehouse facility. Wixted represented the seller GBK Realty. The buyer is Don-Mar Frame & Molding of Seekonk. Don-Mar is a wholesale distributor of picture frames. Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
