Scott Drohan of ReMax Landmark sold a 2,384 s/f duplex at 5-7 South St. for $210,000. John Mento of Mento Enterprise represented the buyers, Jason Smith and Dan Mento. The seller was Keelson Development of South Boston. Pittman Construction has completed extensive renovations to the existing building. The property was purchased as an investment property.
