Nolan Sheehan Patten LLP, a Boston-based real estate law firm that focuses on affordable housing and community development, has added two new associates to its practice.
The following attorneys have joined Nolan Sheehan Patten:
Danielle Kinkel focuses on real estate transactions, particularly in the area of affordable housing and community development. Her experience extends to general commercial real estate financing, zoning, permitting, conveyancing and title matters. Kinkel interned with the Honorable Richard Clifton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to joining Nolan Sheehan Patten, Kinkel was an associate at DLA Piper.
Jane Urban represents nonprofit and for-profit developers, borrowers, equity investors, syndicators and lenders in transactions involving various public and private financing sources. She is experienced in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development and leasing. A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Urban previously practiced in the real estate groups at DLA Piper and at Mintz Levin.
