Charter Realty & Development Corp. has been retained by Katz Properties to lease the Apple Valley Shopping Center located at 702 Freedom Plains Rd. (Rte. 55). The 55,503 s/f shopping center tenants include Walgreens, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Mahopac National Bank and Subway. The center has been recently renovated.
