Cregan of Paramount and Andolfo of Andolfo Appraisal Associates handle $225,000 sale

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. and Thomas Andolfo of Andolfo Appraisal Associates have sold the 6,800 s/f office building at 333 Smith St. for $225,000. The two story 6,800 s/f brick office building was purchased by Loren Yoder and David Tidwell. The seller was ADT Security Services. Cregan represented the seller and Andolfo represented the buyers in the transaction.
