Waters of McLaughry leases to Pennock Hill

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated a lease expansion for Pennock Hill Consulting at 7 Bank St. Pennock Hill will be expanding to 1,500 s/f. With the expansion the mixed office and retail facility, is 100% occupied. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the landlord and assisted the tenant. Owner and COO of Pennock Hill Consulting, Josh Kahn, expects the hiring of 2 - 3 additional staff for the company's expanding business.
