The new owner will reopen with a newly renovated specialty wine store, Bottles. Lewis was the sole broker in this transaction. In another transaction, Market & Research Corporation recently leased 2,900 s/f of office space at 315 Post Rd. West. Lewis is the exclusive agent on this well-known reflective glass building adjacent to the Birchwood Golf Course, and the sole broker involved in the five-year lease transaction.
