D'Angelo of Quinn Associates completes sale of 25 Turnpike St. for $1 million

Paul D'Angelo of Quinn Associates of Brockton sold 25 Turnpike St., West Bridgewater for $1 million. Star Realty Trust purchased the property to occupy 10,000 s/f. Quinn Associates is the exclusive lease agent for the remaining 5,000 s/f. Given the building's strong location and upside potential, Star Realty moved the deal quickly. D'Angelo procured the buyer while Turnpike RT was the seller.
