CB Richard Ellis/New England has brokered the sale of 304 Maplewood Ave. Margaret O'Brien completed the sale on behalf of the buyer, 304 Maplewood LLC, for this 3,600 s/f building which was formerly tenanted by Keene Medical Products for $495,000.
