Atlantic Management Corp. has recently purchased 275 Bodwell St. from Apex, Inc. The property, located off Rte. 24 in the Avon Industrial Park, consists of a 210,000 s/f high bay office/warehouse facility on 11.42 acres. James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, represented the buyer while the seller was represented by Dan McLaughlin of McLaughlin & Company. According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $4.2 million. The building is 60% leased to Giltspur, Inc., a division of Viad Corp. The Conrad Group has been retained by Atlantic Management as the exclusive leasing agent for the remaining space in the building.
