CresaPartners brokers three leases totaling 30,916 s/f

David Ross and Chris Elsenbach of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Mentor Graphics in an office lease of 16,376 s/f on the third floor at 300 Nickerson Rd. Mentor Graphics, an electronic hardware and software design solutions company, is relocating from the top floor of the 80,724 s/f office building which is part of a 573,576 s/f master-planned office park. The landlord, Normandy Real Estate, was represented by John Lashar from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. In another transaction, Ross and Chris Crooks of CresaPartners in Boston represented eIQnetworks, Inc. in an office lease of 10,375 s/f at 31 Nagog Park in Acton. EIQnetworks, a security and compliance management firm, is expanding its operations from the first floor (where it had occupied 6,248 s/f) to the third floor of the building. The 56,168 s/f office building is part of a 385,000 s/f master-planned building park. The landlord, KBS Realty, was represented by Rob Byrne from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. Ross and Allen Rogoway of CresaPartners represented Hub Group in an office lease of 4,165 s/f at 257 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough, a 38,961 s/f office building. Hub Group, an asset light freight transportation management company, is relocating from 136 Turnpike Rd. The landlord, Capital Properties, was represented by Rob Walles from CB Richard Ellis.
