In another transaction, Ross and Chris Crooks of CresaPartners in Boston represented eIQnetworks, Inc. in an office lease of 10,375 s/f at 31 Nagog Park in Acton. EIQnetworks, a security and compliance management firm, is expanding its operations from the first floor (where it had occupied 6,248 s/f) to the third floor of the building. The 56,168 s/f office building is part of a 385,000 s/f master-planned building park. The landlord, KBS Realty, was represented by Rob Byrne from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. Ross and Allen Rogoway of CresaPartners represented Hub Group in an office lease of 4,165 s/f at 257 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough, a 38,961 s/f office building. Hub Group, an asset light freight transportation management company, is relocating from 136 Turnpike Rd. The landlord, Capital Properties, was represented by Rob Walles from CB Richard Ellis.
