Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. and Ben Sutton of Vesper Real Estate Advisors recently leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 1387 Washington St. The space was leased to Rachel Kobey for a fitness studio. Moskowitz represented the lessor, 1381 & 1387 Washington St. LLC, and Sutton represented the tenant.
