Jacobs, of Glickman Kovago completes sales of two former Zoot's

Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Co. recently completed sales of two former Zoot's Dry Cleaner properties. 942 Grafton St., a 2,184 s/f freestanding building opposite the Perkins Farm Marketplace, was acquired by Midyat Properties for $360,000. The property will be owner occupied for a clothing alteration business and will be sub-divided for a small tenant. 386 Washington St. in Stoughton is a 2,475 s/f free standing building situated at signalized intersection on Rt. 138, was acquired by Papantoniadis Properties, LLC for $540,000 and will be used as a restaurant. The seller of both properties was LG Holdings, LLC. Jacobs represented the seller on both transactions.
