Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Catherine Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett and associate Jason Bryer represented May Institute. 14 Pacella Park Dr. is a two-story brick building on 5.5 acres. Previously, it was Dunkin' Donuts world headquarters.
