The design-build project will consist of 5,517 s/f of additions, including a new pre-engineered steel building, a wood-framed tool storage addition, a load-bearing masonry stair tower structure, and a steel-framed structure for new car delivery. Renovations will be performed to approximately 3,291 s/f of interior first and second-floor areas. Construction will take place while the existing Toyota dealership is fully operational, and great care will be taken to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the dealership are not interrupted.
