Flynn Construction Corp. has begun construction of the new facility for Keene Gas at 583 Sawyers Crossing Rd., off Rte. 10, south of downtown Keene. The project cost, including land acquisition is $1.2 million. Flynn is the design/build contractor and Arthur Rose Sr., PE, PLLC, is the engineer of record. Foundation work has started along with renovation of the existing 3,000 s/f circa 1790 Federal Colonial. One additional structure, a 1,500 s/f cold storage building, is under construction for equipment and parts. A late spring completion is expected.
