Attorney Carolyn Francisco, who has presented many great seminars for ASM, has assumed the role of ASM counsel effective January 1. She succeeds attorney Edwin Fremder of Corwin & Corwin LLP, who served as counsel for nearly 15 years, and played a key role in ASM's advocacy efforts. Like Fremder, Francisco is a partner at Corwin & Corwin LLP, where she has practiced construction law for 14 years.
