Reed of Stebbins Commercial Props. handles $1.2 million sale

Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., has sold the former Ocean Bank location at 283 Broad St. to Dr. Harvey Weener. Dr. Weener, currently located at 76 Alds St., will be moving his dental practice to the new location this summer. The Registry of Deeds recorded the selling price as $1.2 million.
