The building was constructed in 1987 by the Instant Buttons Manufacturing Co. and Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the sellers, Linda and Ralph Caffalette. The buyer is Delta Property Holdings, LLC and was represented by Carl Russell of George Smith & Son Realtors of Milford. Located in the Hamden Industrial Park, the property will provide a new headquarters for the Delta Tool & Mold Co., an established Hamden business, the opportunity to stay and expand in Hamden.
