According to Aegean Capital, the New England State Police Informational Network (NESPIN) has signed a five year lease for 17,000 s/f at 124 Grove St. "We're pleased the New England State Police Informational Network has decided to sign on at our property in Franklin," said Aegean Capital president Costa Alexakos." Rob Walles with CBRE represented NESPIN on the lease.
