M&G negotiates Vigilant's 5,916 s/f lease

Vigilant Enterprise Solutions has subleased 5,916 s/f for its headquarters from LeapFrogRX at 2 Hampshire St. Meredith & Grew executive vice president James Elcock and associate William Lynch represented LeapFrogRX. Meredith & Grew associate David Goodhue represented Vigilant Enterprise Solutions. Built in 2001, 2 Hampshire St. is a three-story, 114,297 s/fClass A office building. "This was a great situation for both LeapFrogRx and Vigilant Enterprise Solutions," said Lynch.
