O,R&L Commercial negotiated the sale of the former Neurogen Corporation campus, a 153,125 s/f research and development complex comprised of four buildings located at 15, 35 & 45 Northeast Industrial Rd. Tim McMahon and Rich Lee of O,R&L represented the seller, Neurogen Corporation and procured the buyer, G+L 35 NE Industrial, LLC. In a separate transaction, O,R&L faciliated the sale of 45 Northeast Indstrial Rd., a 56,134 s/f light industrial office building situated on 2.72 acres, to Northeast Industrial Six, LLC. The property will be the new home of Canusa Corporation. O,R&L has been retained by the new owner as the exclusive leasing agent for the newly branded Northeast Technology Center.
