Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered two leases at 215 Commercial St. Shamrock Sports Group leased 3,950 s/f of office space. Harrington and Katie Allen of The Dunham Group completed the transaction. Nicola's Homes leased 1,979 s/f of retail space for a home furnishings retail store and design center. Harrington and Tom Moulton of The Dunham Group negotiated the lease.
