Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases 1,500 s/f to Upper Valley Mtge.

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated a 1,500 s/f office lease with Upper Valley Mortgage at the Hanover Street Plaza. Hanover Street Plaza is a 15,000 s/f mixed use office/retail/restaurant facility off of exit 18 of I-89. Upper Valley Mortgage will join other tenants such as: Stone Arch Bakery, Gnomon Copy and Gateway Locksmith. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the building owner, Donald Goodwin Properties and assisted the tenant.
