Tim Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors Inc. negotiated the signing of a long-term lease with Hannaford Bros. Co. for the former P&C supermarket building, 61 Market Lane. Hannaford will temporarily operate the 12,650 s/f store while it submits plans to construct a new 36,000 s/f store at the same location. Burke represented Hannaford Bros. Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the landlord, Centurion Properties, Inc.
