Adam Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial of Hyannis brokered the sale of the 6,577 s/f investment property located at 599 Main St. The property has been considered an Hyannis landmark for years and features two apartments, five retail units and 144-seat restaurant with 1,800 s/f dining patio/bar underneath a 150-year old Beech Tree. Bauer represented both the buyer Beech Tree Alley LLC and the seller Raposo Realty Trust. The new buyer plans on a substantial revitalization and rehabilitation project at the site. Intentions are to revive the downtown landmark into a thriving shopping and dining area. Retail space will be available immediately. The $637,969 sale price was based on $97 per s/f.
